These Awful Pages
These Awful Pages
By Zac Forget
I stare at blanks pages
They laugh, they haunt me
As I pray for inspiration
They torment, they taunt me
Why won't they leave me alone?
These awful pages
Why can't I finish?
These awful pages
Will I finish?
These awful pages
I long for relief
From these awful pages
I will put into God's hands
These awful pages
Things that I call pages may be something you have no problems with, but as I look around, I see a multitude of people locked up in their home-made prisons all because of their 'Pages.'
Trust God with everything that you do, and he'll make your pages disappear.
This is the first time I've ever done anything like this before, I'm no poet, that's for sure, heck, I'm not even sure this is even considered a poem. I just wrote this today. I was thinking about how impossible some things may seem, but God is always watching over us, He's always with us. I'd appreciate comments, tell me what you think about what I said; or how I said it; or if you liked it; or if you hated it; or if you thought that after reading this, you should burn up all the empty pages in the world (Which I don't recommend doing)
